  • We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role is a perfect match for entry-level professionals or early-career executives looking to build a rewarding career in corporate business development and client management.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team, you will be responsible for executing strategic sales targets and ensuring growth benchmarks are met. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will handle day-to-day client acquisition and act as a consultative advisor to guide prospective and current customers through our comprehensive moving solutions.

Requirements & Key Skills

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred, though professional qualifications or certifications in Sales are highly valued.
  • Computer & Technical Skills: Must possess strong basic computer skills. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office standard applications, specifically Microsoft Excel (for pipeline data), Microsoft Word (for client proposals), and Microsoft PowerPoint (for sales presentations), along with an openness to learning standard CRM or sales tracking software.
  • Leadership & Coordination: Strong early-stage man-managing potential with the capability to coordinate efficiently with internal logistics and operations teams.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage everyday inquiries and cultivate long-term future client relationships.
  • Communication Power: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in delivering professional pitches to executive audiences and public groups.
  • Resilience: Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and deliver results efficiently under pressure and within tight project timelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Target & Strategy Execution: Partner with the sales and operations teams to develop localized sales targets and implement strategic action plans.
  • Account Reporting: Maintain transparency by reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales pipeline progress, staff performance, and milestone achievements.
  • Lead Generation & Client Sourcing: Use proactive initiative to source new corporate and residential clients. This involves following up on incoming marketing leads, conducting cold outreach, visiting potential clients, and delivering strong presentations.
  • Brand Representation: Attend industry conferences, corporate functions, and networking events to actively promote the company’s services and pitch customized solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide highly accurate, empathetic advice to prospective and current customers regarding moving logistics, tailoring optimized packages to their needs.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Assist management and creative departments in composing high-impact Sales and Marketing collateral to optimize lead conversion.

Abount the Role

  • We are seeking a high-performing, strategic Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our innovative energy efficiency and sustainability solutions. You should drive the sales of our high-end UPS systems, advanced battery storage solutions, and power electronics hardware and services. The candidate will help us sell energy efficiency and sustainability services to large businesses and factories.The ideal candidate brings a blend of financial acumen, technical literacy, and a consultative approach to help our clients.
  • In this role, you won't just be selling products—you will be helping top business leaders map out their long-term green energy plans. You need to be great at handling big, expensive contracts, working with different teams inside our company, and explaining the financial benefits of saving energy to corporate executives.
  • What We Are Looking For-
  • Education: A college degree in Business, or Marketing, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in power quality, UPS systems, industrial batteries, or the power electronics sector. Familiarity with the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) or Data Centre markets is highly preferred. Experience working with factories or large commercial clients is a huge plus.
  • Track Record: A history of hitting high sales targets and successfully negotiating complex deals with top-level executive buyers.
  • Comfort with New Tech: Experience introducing innovative tech to traditional industries. Experience selling brand-new, innovative services that the market hasn't seen before.
  • What will You do-
  • Find and Close Big Deals: Hunt for and secure large-scale energy projects with commercial buildings and industrial factories.
  • Pitch to Top Executives: Meet directly with corporate leaders (like CEOs, CFOs, and VPs) to show them how our energy solutions will save them money and reduce their carbon footprint.
  • Handle Complex Negotiations: Lead the planning and signing of large contracts. You must be able to close tough deals smoothly while keeping a great relationship with the client.
  • Bring Teams Together: Work closely with our own internal teams—like engineering, legal, and finance—to make sure we have everything we need to deliver what we promised the client.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with new environmental laws and green technologies so you can always offer the best, most modern solutions to our clients.
